Naomi Karten delivers the keynote "Tales of Whoa and the Psychology of Customer Satisfaction" on Monday, September 11, 12:30pm to 1:30pm. She also teaches sessions on the introvert/extrovert dynamic (Mon. 1:45pm), presentation skills (Tues. 3:45pm), and gathering feedback (Weds. 1:45pm).
