DANIELA WEINBERG has consulted, published, taught, and lectured extensively
on organizational cultures, both how they work and how they change.
Author
of Peasant Wisdom: Culural Adaptation in the Swiss Alps, she holds a doctorate
in Anthropology from the University of Michigan. She has conducted research on
subjects ranging from Swiss Alpine agricultural societies to the cultures of corporate
America.
Her interests in learning and communication have led her into teaching
and writing on the human-animal bond. A charter member of the Delta Society, she
teaches people how to build mutually satisfying relationships with their dogs.
She also trains people and their dogs to do animal-assisted therapy and works
with disabled people and their service dogs.
