CLARENCE G. FELDMANN is a consultant to government and industry, specializing
in enterprise engineering and structure methods. With more than forty years of
experience in the computer field, he has served on the IDEFU Users Grou Steering
Committee for many years, and is presently vice chairman of the Board of Directors
of the International Society for Enterprise Engineering (ISEE).
He began
his career while a graduate student at MIT, working with Douglas T. Ross on pioneering
applications of computers in manufacturing. Later, as a co-founder with Ross of
SofTech, Inc., he participated in the development of SADT (Structured Analysis
and Design Technique), a subset of which was adopted by the department of defense
as IDEFO. Based in Winchester, Massachusetts, he is author of dozens of papers
and articles on systems development methods.
