Don has been working as an independent consultant since
1984. He enjoys solving problems and working with people,
and currently he's working on a better understanding
of how people interact in solving complex technical
problems. Don brings a unique perspective on life to
his writing—having produced such articles as "How
to Kill a Company"—and to his teaching, having
taught general computing (both software and hardware)
and application-specific classes.
