Bob King consults with project teams when they are
beginning—and beginning again. He helps project
teams to see how things fit together and what work is
required to assemble them. He mentors team members in
how to gather requirements and how to envision and document
the architecture of applications. His goal is to work
himself out of a job in every project.
Before forming his consulting practice in 1996, Bob
worked his way up and out of the technical career path
at American Express Financial Advisors. During his sixteen
years there, he helped start up a subsidiary in England
as an expatriate, design and develop their mission-critical
financial planning application, and plan and architect
their initial on-line banking efforts. Bob has a B.A.
in Mathematics and an M.S. in Computer Science.
